Bill Henty has a vast array of experience in dealing with the issues of both Australian and International Technology Law.
He has been a Partner at Abbot Tout in Australia and worked with Walker Martieay & Co in London.
He has beeen a Private Secretary to the President of the Australian Senate and has invaluable knowledge regarding the legislative process in the Australian Parliment.
He has travelled extensively throughout China, South East Asia the United States and Canada and brings that extensive knowledge to any project. |

• Involved in commercial law, technology commercialisation, international technology transfer, syndication and joint ventures, lease finance, leverage leasing, capital raising and contract law.
• Responsible for establishing and heading up the first Computer Communication and Technology Section in an Australian law firm, engaging up to eight lawyers.
• Responsible for finance and structural documentation for the following property projects valued at in excess of $A200 million – Zenith Centre, Chatswood Connection, The forum St Leonards.
• Responsible for lease finance and leverage lease documentation for Holden National Leasing Ltd, Boyded Group and NRMA Finance.
• Undertook R & D syndication for various technologies including the syndication for the yacht, Australia One, the America’s Cup challenger.
• An active spokesman for Australian technology, including publishing articles and lecturing on technology. Currently a Task Force committee member of the Commercial Law Association of Australia. |
